Additional work will be assigned to the Unit based on the authorization of new projects through the BIS Management team. CONTRACTOR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS -The selected candidate shall possess a minimum of seven (7) years’ of industry (IT) experience in the facilitation of workshops for requirements analysis, knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies and development of business and systems requirements deliverables. -Additionally, the Business Analyst must demonstrate specific experience in the use of: -Microsoft Office Professional 2010 (including Visio and PowerPoint) -Microsoft Visual Studio Team Web Access 2010 for Team Foundation Server (TFS). -An International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certification is preferred, but not mandatory for this engagement. The Business Analyst should not require training and should have experience managing and supporting the referenced activities in the past. The Business Analyst will have superior communication skills, both verbal and written. The Business Analyst must be able to exchange information with all levels of DPW staff (management to end-user).
