Ø Analysis and design skills of moderate complexity. Ø Familiarity with iterative development life cycle and methodology. Ø Extensive hands-on experience with message-oriented middleware, Tibco, Java, and other relevant technologies (i.e., XML, XPath, HTTP, JMS, IBM Websphere MQ, EMS and RV). Ø Extensive experience with RDBMS (especially Oracle), SQL, PL/SQL. Ø Development skills in Java for client and web application development is a plus. Ø Proficient with the following tools and skills: Data Query Tools (TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, etc.) Ø Must have at least 5 year experience with enterprise application integration development with Ø solid working knowledge of Windows and UNIX. Ø Strong working knowledge of VMWare or other virtual operating system. Ø Must have at least 5 year experience in the designing, deploying, monitoring, configuring and troubleshooting of enterprise solutions using TIBCO Business Works. Ø Must have working experience with HIPAA EDI X12s using TIBCO Business Connect. Ø Experience with TIBCO BPM tools is a plus. Ø Must have strong knowledge with Web Services concepts. Ø Must have strong functional and technical documentation skills. Ø B.S. in Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline preferred. Ø The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of individuals and the ability to maintain effective work relationships is a must.] Ø Candidates must have excellent written/verbal communication skills.
