Please send the resumes at [email protected] Job Title: Sr. Project Manager Location: Salem, OR Duration: 6 Months Scope of Services The Project Manager shall collaborate with and assist the Office of the CFO with project management and oversight of the design, development and deployment of optimal technology solutions to support the CFO's long-range capital facilities planning, including biennial capital project requests, extensive analysis of capital program data, and the effective reporting/visualization of program data for public consumption. Specific Tasks Conduct/facilitate internal discussions to define and clarify the needed technology solutions Conduct external research and investigation of optimal technology solutions to meet stated needs Develop and present to CFO staff a recommended internal process to evaluate and recommend most optimal solutions for deployment; a cost/benefit analysis of each solution; a deployment strategy, including timeline, required resources, and potential technological and policy-related impediments Provide project management and oversight of the design/development/deployment of recommended technology solutions (if any)in collaboration with SDC to the satisfaction of CFO staff Provide project management and oversight of the acquisition/purchasing of potential COTS solutions Provide project management and oversight of specialized consultant services to support the design/development/deployment of the recommended solution (if any) Solution Parameters Must be primarily web-based, provide ease-of-access, and be highly intuitive for average users Must be additionally capable of high level functionality on a mobile platform Must support an open data paradigm Must have elegant graphical design, and achieve best practices in visual communication Must include a geospatial component (DAS has an existing enterprise license agreement (ELA) with Esri) Must integrate numerous data sources from existing systems Desired Project Manager III Attributes Expertise in IT project management Expertise in integrating a variety of IT product solutions to serve a specific organizational need Expertise in IT systems analysis, design and management Experience in public sector IT projects Experience in programming/coding various languages Experience in enterprise GIS solutions, particularly Esri-based products, including ArcGIS Online API Knowledge of best practices in web-based applications, visual communication, and graphic design Knowledge of advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools Knowledge of database design/development/management Thanks, Sunny Roy 224-764-8419 Phone [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "GTA DBA" group.
