*Position: Middleware JBoss Administration* *Location: Hoboken, NJ* *Duration: 6+Months* *Role Description:* Build Application Server from scratch to make it ready to host applications. Log analysis & scheduled deployments. Application Server Monitoring & troubleshooting Coordinating with other teams (specially server teams) Worked on Solaris, IBM-AIX, Linux and AS 400 Operating Systems, Working experience on monitoring tools (for e.g. HP Open-view, SiteScope, Nagios), concept of Load Balancer Worked on managing/implementing LAMP stack Basic knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL, Mysql etc.) ITIL certification and have leveraged ITIL best practices in past Incident Management (Production Support), Product certification in the area of expertise. *Essential Skills:* - Basic understanding of JVM and ability to perform Installation of application/web servers. - Configure Virtual Machines, Clusters, JMS, Virtual Hosts, JDBC, LDAP, auto-deployment, session replication, URL redirections, Re-write rules, http-Plugins etc. - Installation and management of security certificates - Scripting skills to automate jobs and WLST/WSADMIN scripting - Troubleshooting and performance tuning on namely Marklogic, Websphere, Tomcat, Jboss, LAMP, IIS. - Thread dump and log analysis - Backup and restoration of application/web servers data - Deploying applications in Marklogic, Websphere , Tomcat. - Basic knowledge of operating systems( Solaris, Linux, AIX, AS 400). - Basic knowledge of network infrastructure for e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, router, load balancer etc. - Technical documentation experience - Good communication skills - Good team player & willing to work in shifts *Desirable Skills:* Have good exposure in Clusters, JMS, Virtual Hosts, JDBC, LDAP, auto-deployment Regards, Mukesh *E-Mail* : [email protected] <[email protected]> Cell : 415-259-4299 Yahoo-IM- mukeshinc -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "GTA DBA" group.
