*Job Title: HTML 5 Web DeveloperLocation: NYC, NYDuration: 6+ months contract with extensionsJob Description:* In this role our client is looking for a cutting edge User Interface Developer to work in an Agile Software Development environment on a critical front end initiative. Candidates selected for this role will play a part in developing a front end framework for a web based application. The primary technologies being used in order to do so are Backbone, Underscore, Bootstrap (all front end frameworks) as well as HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript and JQuery. Being the environment is Agile, developers in this role will need to aggressively work backward from User Stories to accomplish intelligent front end design and development. More specifically the role will entail first understanding a user story, then designing the framework and structure of the concept necessary to deliver on that user story, the development of that code, unit testing, UI Specification and then code review. This is an extremely independent role and our client is looking for a group of developers who can deliver with little to no oversight.
