Primary technologies integrated with Seibel are built on the Oracle Exadata/Exalogic computing platform include Seibel, MDM, OPA, SoA/Fusion, UCM, IPM, IDM, OBIEE and OEM products). Participating in assessing Oregon's current Oracle solutions/services platform. Assessing solutions/services. Establishing a definition of support requirements. Creating a technology roadmap. Providing support to existing staff, developing both a near/mid-term effort to improve system stability and a long-term strategy to optimize the Oracle Siebel CRM/MDM system configuration as part of a larger enterprise suite. The desired resource will have 3-5 years of experience supporting operations, maintenance, and development of Oracle Seibel CRM/MDM solutions. Qualified candidates will have experience in development, configuration and implementation, oversight and problem resolution/support as well as system optimization (to include monitoring/maintenance of the Oracle Siebel CRM/MDM product suite).
