*Minimum Qualifications:* We need a senior Taleo consultant to lead the effort to implement a Taleo solution for their new employee onboarding. The client currently has Taleo installed and running. Our client is forecasting a big hiring push for hundreds of new hires and the current onboarding process is inefficient and not consistent across global sites. They want to optimize/standardize the onboarding processes and automate it using Taleo. The preferred Taleo consultant must have experience performing similar Taleo implementations.
