Experience with Spring and Hibernate required. A thorough understanding of managing DB transactions and improving performance required Experience with development tools such as Eclipse and Maven a plus Expertise with Agile (TDD) methodology Demonstrated ability to negotiate and share ideas collaboratively Excellent verbal and written communications skills Active, vocal participation in meetings and discussions.
