You will respond to requests for tools to support a range of mobile stakeholders, application developers and line of business managers. Transformation of the online platform and evolution of the mobile first strategy is among the most important strategic investments the company has made in recent years and it goes deep and wide. MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: • 10 years of hands on experience developing web applications and web services with at least 2 years of hands on experience delivering mobile solutions including planning, design, deployment and operational transition of solutions • Experience with native, hybrid and web development framework, deep understanding of mobile platform architecture including ARM, Atom, and Operating Systems (iOS, Android and Windows) • Proven mobile application architecture design experience, familiar with industry best practices such as Apple HIG and OWASP • Experience in integrating with one or more web service standards such as SOAP and REST • Experience in threat modeling of mobile security systems and OAuth integration • Agile experience Test driven development • Experience in HTML5, NFC, Location and Context, Bluetooth 4; understanding and leveraging 802.11ac (Wi-Fi) a plus • Good communication skills - Confident in communicating your decision process RESPONSIBILITIES: • Demonstrate concepts by developing prototypes; and presenting concepts or prototypes to management and other architects • Define a set of guiding principles and methodology for designing and developing software in the form of inter-operable services • Implement the mobile app product development strategy • Directing the architecture and software development of responsive design interfaces • Directing the design and implementation of highly scalable, reliable, extensible and maintainable native mobile applications and platforms • Evangelizing and adopting agile development processes • Collaborating among self-organizing, cross-functional teams for requirements and solutions • Promoting adaptive planning, evolutionary development and delivery for rapid and flexible response to change • Hands on experience with initial implementation • Ensuring business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "GTA DBA" group.
