Plan, create, maintain and review Load and Performance tests using HP LoadRunner/Performance Center. Ability to analyze system monitoring reports from tools such as Wiley or others from application system servers (DB servers, Application servers, and Web servers). Solid understanding of networking, architecture, and protocols. Analyze output generated from Load and Performance tests and be able to provide guidance and explain technical points. Monitor system performance metrics to ensure optimization. Provide technical support to help resolve testing customers performance related problems/issues. Serve as a technical expert resolving critical and complex issues. Be able to participate as a peer with other groups such as Open Systems and DBA Provide technical direction and expertise to testing groups and/or departments. Find solutions and initiate testing changes proactively. Ability to find custom solutions to coding issues. Organize testing projects and guide the direction of multiple-person projects.
