*Job Title : Java Developer With eCommerce experienceLocation: Boston,MADuration: 6+months* *Rate:$55/hr on C2CEAD Gc,GC AND US Citizen.* *Provides technical leadership to the development team. High/Low level design, hands on software development, create frameworks, use third party frameworks, code reviews. Interacts with and coordinates activities of cross-functional teams, including development, user experience, business stakeholders, system administration, database administration, network engineering and production support staff. Identify gaps and proactively improve system service level agreements. * *Required Skills:Significant experience supporting the technical components used in enterprise internet applications. Significant experience with high traffic/high concurrency systems. Strong problem-solving and analysis skills are required. Ability to analyze a problem at a system level and determine the root cause at a technical level. Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly to solve technical problems. Ability to interact with non-technical colleagues and communicate issues in layman's terms. Ability to document procedures for use by other engineers. Assist in the test design and perform Quality of Service testing to ensure applications meet performance, scalability, availability, and security requirements Research development and production issues and work with technical staff to understand and resolve software problems * *Required Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience eCommerce experience developing and supporting J2EE applications. Previous experience with various web technologies such as J2EE, XML, HTTP, SOAP, AJAX, HTML, JSP, JavaScript, CSS, XML, XSLT, MVC Framework and SQL. Practical experience implementing J2EE applications with associated automated testing practices such as unit, integration point, durability and resiliency. Expertise in the back-end development: Oracle database development, SQL, Unix scripts, Web Services etc. Experience with UML modeling. Ability to analyze and learn rapidly changing technologies. Experience in test driven development methodology.
