Job title: Financial Analyst Stamford, CT Duration: 4 Months Job Responsibilities: We have launched a New Letter of Credit tool ( ALOC) this system issues/ amends Performance and Standby Letters of Credit. It is an E-Auction tool whereby 38 bank participate. The system pays all of the associated bank fees quarterly. The Treasury team is looking to pay the quarter of bank fees for the first time via the tool and needs assistance with reconciling fees in the current tool with the retired system by auditing individual records and reviewing system reports for content, accuracy and impact of FX rates. Reconciliations of bank fee calculations, sorting in Excel, strong Excel skills! and creating reports They will be assisting us as we roll out new fee functionality for our new IT system so we need them to understand IT systems, basic understanding. Qualified Candidates Ability to understand and audit fee calculations Strong Excel ability, sort data, v lookups, data calculations Understands IT Systems Good math skills Good written skills and communication skills Can work in a small team “ Fit in” Fast learner, turn around delegated projects quickly and accurately Conscientious, detailed and organized.
