*Job Title : WebSphere AdministratorLocation : Chantilly, VADuration : 6 MONTHS CTHRate : $58/HrEAD/ GC OR US Citizen only required* WebSphere Admin/Engineer Responsibilities: Design, install, operate, and maintain Intersections’ WebSphere-based systems. See to the fulfillment of high availability SLAs for interactive web-based front end and middleware applications, and ensure systems are operating at optimum performance levels. Work closely with operational IT team, software development staff, and third party consultants or contractors to ensure that project deliverables, artifacts and objectives are fulfilled. Monitor web-based systems, including the troubleshooting and escalation of issues and resolutions to IT management. 24x7 availability to lead and/or assist team with critical production operations support. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience. 3 years relevant industry experience. Experience managing SSL certificates. Expertise in IBM WebSphere Application Server, Network Deployment 6.x, WebSphere Commerce 6.x, IBM HTTP Server 6.x and WebSphere - MQ 6.x and 7.x. Direct experience with Application Deployment. Familiarity with IBM support practices including opening PMRs and compiling “MustGather” information as part of the support process. Expertise in Redhat Linux and Apache administration. Hands-on experience with server installation and configuration. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills a must. The individual should demonstrate initiative, exercise good judgment and be a team player.
