*Position :- Windows Admin* *Location :- Deerfield, IL* *Duration :- 6+ Month* Role Windows Admin Mandatory Technical Skills • Strong proficiency working on Windows Server 2008 – specifically installing, uninstalling, and general system administration required (Microsoft certifications are preferable) • 5+ years application support experience on a Windows application leveraging IIS (Internet Information Server) – troubleshooting problems with a Windows based application (either Production or Non-Production support background) • Appfabric framework exposure is required. • Linux experience is preferred as our application is highly integrated with other components/applications on this platform • Ability to quickly understand and document the data flows of a highly integrated application • Exposure to various middleware types: Datapower, Message Queue (MQ), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) • Experience working in a Service Oriented Architecture environment (SOA) along with familiarity of IBM’s Websphere Service Registry and Repository (WSRR) is preferred. • Strong knowledge and experience on SQL Server 2008 (should understand DML, DDL, Inner Joins and stored procedures). MySQL or PostgreSQL experience would also meet the SQL Server 2008 experience requirement. Desirable Technical Skills • Knowledge of SSL , Mutual SSL, Certificates, Encryption, and general networking concepts is a requirement (CCNA certification is a plus) • Experience with tools such as Fiddler and WebDeploy are preferred, but not required. • Experience in troubleshooting systems software including facilitating working sessions and coordinating testing efforts. Mandatory Functional Skills • Ability to work independently and prioritize work with minimal supervision. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
