We have an immediate Openings with Our Direct Client for a Long term contract position *Job Title: IBM ODM (ILog JRules) Developer* *Location: Plano TX* *Duration : 6+ Months * *Job Description*: Java Developer and Systems Administrator for IBM Operational Decision Management (ODM) *Required Technical Experience and Skills* · Experience with IBM ODM · ILOG JRules · Basic knowledge in describing solutions and generating the (BPM) architecture artifacts · Java · SOA and Web Services · XML/WSDL and SOAP · Java/J2EE · Eclipse JDE · JavaScript · Oracle PL/SQL programming · SQL Server programming · Translating process diagrams into application reality · At least 1 year experience in demonstrating ability to understand business problems and articulate a corresponding solution *Candidate must be able to explain the following:* · Build an executable process model that communicates enough implementation detail for direct execution while retaining clarity required for maintainability and business stakeholder communication. · Proactively monitor BPM process execution and perform performance tuning using IBM Business Monitor and other options provided in the software for ensuring optimal configuration and performance. · Develop integration to other vendor products like ERP, CRM etc. using IBM WebSphere Integration Designer or other integration technologies/techniques. · Install, configure and manage an IBM ODM (advanced) environment using core product skills and best practice methods. *Required Non-Technical Skills* · Excellent English skills are a requirement since candidate will interact verbally with many teams. · Writing design documentation · Experience designing process flows *Beneficial Skills* · Experience with Lombardi BPM / IBM BPM is a plus. · Experience with IBM WebSphere is a plus. · Experience with IBM JViews is a plus. · Experience with CORBA is a plus. · Telecom OSS and provisioning knowledge is a plus. · Telecom and network engineering knowledge is a plus. *Basic Qualifications * · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. · Eight or more years software development experience · Experience in software architecture and architecture “best practices” · Ability to understand a client’s requirements and present appropriate architectural options *Thanks & regards,* *Jana* Resource Development Manager *InfoVision Inc. * Winner of Inc 500, Deloitte Fast 500, MBN 100 800 E.
