*Rate:$45/Hr* Mandatory Skills Skills essential / desired: Extensive experience as a test analyst / tester in Automation and Application testing in-depth understanding and knowledge of Test Methodologies and the full SDLC-Candidate Strong Database Testing skills (writing SQL Queries – includes joins etc.) Knowledge of scripting (VB, VBScript, Shell, perl etc) should have good knowledge and experience on QTP Technical skills SQL Quality Center QTP Desired: Experience in Investment Banking Technical Skills: DB skills: SQL queries (joins, correlated sub-queries, case statements etc.) Has excellent hands-on UI testing experience. Report validation skills Good hands on experience with Quality Center, SharePoint, Jira. Domain skills: Experience in testing packaged products and conducting event lifecycle testing. Soft skills: Should have good verbal & written communication. Should have the ability to think logically and ready to handle challenges. Should be a team player with positive attitude towards work. Should be highly proactive and innovative. Should be ready to learn new techniques, skills and ready to utilize/reuse existing tools. Should be accountable, responsible and able to handle tasks independently. Testing Processes: Should have prior experience in Test Planning, Test Strategy and Test case preparation.
