Job Title: C++/Perl Developer - Websense DLP Location: Irwandale, CA Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 months (may extend) Job Scope: Our DLP principal has a request from a long term customer for the following resource to complete a 6 month project P Banking/Finance background a plus. Review existing code to: • Produce block diagrams of functionality. • Produce up to date documentation. • Identify and make recommendations for improvements / alternative approaches. • Re-write critical DLP in-house components to provide for future expansions and longevity. Skill Requirement: • High working knowledge of C++. • [Critical] - Implementing multi-threaded solutions. • [Critical] - Ability to produce modular solutions (e.g. use of plugins). • High working knowledge of Perl. • Medium working knowledge of Java. • Basic understanding of RHEL / Unix. • Basic understanding of SCP / SFTP. • [Critical] - Experience in implementing SMTP messaging conversations. • [Critical] - Ability to produce good documentation. • Good communicator.
