STAR Project Business Process Analysis Lead (Peoplesoft PM)

Position Summary
The STAR Project (State Transforming Agency Resources) is the State of
Wisconsin’s initiative to replace its legacy finance, procurement, human
resources/payroll/benefits and budget systems with Oracle's PeopleSoft
software.
Project teams are formed around business process areas including Finance,
Procurement, Budget and Human Resources Management. Each business team will
have a Functional Team Leader. Integration and technology infrastructure
teams will also be formed. The individual in this position provides
leadership and technical expertise in support of the STAR project with
specific knowledge in one or more business processes; and provides
direction, management, and coordination of the assigned project team
members and activities. He/she is responsible for ensuring that specific
project goals are accomplished.
This position is a Business Process Analysis Lead, responsible for
functional support of the STAR project.  This includes overseeing
activities such as troubleshooting problems and assisting through
resolution, participating in writing functional and technical requirements
for system changes, perform system and integration testing of changes to
the PeopleSoft applications, assist with documentation of user procedures
and training programs.
