*Length: 6-9 months*



*Current Workflow Process:*

To understand the workflow here is how the process works:

·         The field submits paperwork to the home office and a tool
launches a workflow.

·         The workflow goes into a queue and the back office reviews the
paperwork from a regulatory standpoint to make sure all information is
accurate, complete and that everything corresponds the account information.

·         If not it is labeled NIGO and sent back to the field telling them
whatever the problem was with their submission? The field completes the
paperwork and resubmits through the same tool and the form goes back into
the workflow.



*Skills:*

·         Must have a solid understanding of workflow tools and an
understanding of how workflow tools work behind the scenes how the workflow
operates

·         Previous BA experience working with the business

·         Must have experience with Visio will be capturing the Workflow on
Visio  Data mapping and data validation

·         Going into 2015 they will begin the comprehensive testing of all
workflows.

·         This BA will give guidance on all end-to-end testing.

·         Will lead the development of test plans, define the scope and
approach to how testing will be done.



*Soft Skills are extremely important:*

·         Will be working closely with the business to review the workflow,
go through approval process, will be reviewing current state and offering
suggestions on a future state.

·         Interpret what the business is asking for today and translate how
that will look in the future.

·         Challenge what they do now and offer changes to the current and
future state.

·         It's a very fine line in being confident and assertive without
being aggressive. Sometimes the business has a way of doing things, even
though it might not be the best way they are used to it and don't want to
hear about something new. This person needs to be able to convince the
business that their current state of requirements might not really be the
best way to do things.

·         Negotiating skills are important.

·         Excellent communication skills written and verbal are required.
