Experience in Genesys CTI applications, IVR, CRM integration, ACD configurations and Reporting - Act as main point of Contact to provide end-users support for CTI applications and integrations, including IVR, CRM, ACD and reporting. Knowledge/experience of Installation and Maintenance of Genesys CIM software, including CIM and eservice components. Should be capable of providing troubleshooting and support of Tier 3 CTI issues. Talent needs to have in-depth understanding of CTI in order to provide detailed reports to management on system status on all platforms. Knowledge and Experience in Contact center software upgrades for products like Genesys, Cisco, Nice, etc. Experience in CTI Load testing. (Assist with HP Load Runner Test script development for CRM/CTI interaction. Assist with Avaya ACD configurations and validation.
