Developer will be responsible for analyzing requirements, prototyping data
analysis solutions (primarily in SQL and UNIX scripting), developing and
unit testing solutions, and facilitating solution deployment and support.
Candidates need to have strong capabilities in SQL programming (including
analytic function knowledge and large volume tuning experience), UNIX
scripting, and experience in a structured language (e.g., C++, Java,
Python). Candidates should have experience with Hadoop ecosystem. The
backend consists of multiple database systems including Oracle 11g,
Netezza, Greenplum, HIVE and Hadoop accessed from Solaris or Linux
application servers. The complexity behind this project is the volume of
data, the integration of disparate data sets, and the analytic processing.
*Skills/Qualifications:*
· Required: 5+ years IT experience
· Required: SQL Development, SQL Performance Tuning – Oracle, PostGres
(Netezza/Greenplum preferred), HIVE
· Required: Unix / Shell scripting
· Required: Experience with Hadoop / Map-Reduce / HIVE
· Required: Full SDLC Experience (requirements analysis, design,
development, unit testing, deployment, support)
· Required: Good communication skills
· Preferred: Data Analysis
Preferred: Test driven development
Preferred: Programming experience– JAVA / Python / C / C++.
Preferred: Big-Data, Cloud Computing, experience with large data sets

*Position Overview:*
As a member of the Kondor+ Support and Development team, the consultant
will be responsible for rolling out Head Office ALMT IT standards,
solutions and initiatives for the North American instance of Kondor+ (Front
Office application). He/she will also contribute to local initiatives.
*Responsibilities:*
· Business and system requirements analysis / Specifications
· Coordination with external stakeholders, mainly CIB ITO ALMT
IT for releasing and testing of applications and ITP for infrastructure IST
/ UAT management
· Production implementation and post-production support
· Business and Technical documentation
· Communicate status and report issues to the team leader
*Qualifications / Skills:*
4 year Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or
finance preferred
Must have 2+ years of IT experience on Kondor+ application
Excellent knowledge of the Kondor+ database structure
Excellent knowledge of Kondor+ peripheral processes (kis, tradekast…)
Familiarity with ALM Treasury activities
Logical thinking and creative problem-solving ability
Proactive team player with a “can-do” attitude
Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of SQL language
Good knowledge of Unix environment and scripting language
Good Knowledge of Excel/VBA 2010
Knowledge of Tibco Business Work preferred
