Technical Analyst with MEGA Tool skill Bloomington, IL 12 Months • Duties to be performed • Incident management, 2nd level & 3rd level technical support • Software development using Java and VB Script • Software configuration management using Mega vendor administration tool NOTE: candidates MUST have strong Mega tool experience (those that have only training or require training will not be considered). • Perform weekly software maintenance • Perform change implementation as requested, usually 1 per month • Base Understanding of programming logic • Able to understand and learn multiple programming languages(i.e., VBScript, Java, HTML, and SQL) • Knowledge ( book or experience) of Software Support; Basic knowledge of Software Engineering
