it will be a mid level resource with 6-8 years of experience working as a Functional Consultant on Oracle HR R12 EBS. The person should have Functional Knowledge of Oracle HR, Payroll, OTL to facilitate design and testing. The ideal resource should have experience with Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions. Good Communication skills are highly preferred, H1 profiles are also acceptable.
