*Job Title : SAP BOBJ DeveloperLocation : East Peoria, IL Duration : 10 Months* * JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* Collaborate with process partner organizations to gain an in-depth understanding of their business information reporting requirements. Work with HANA data modelers to define data model requirements to support report requirements. Utilize HANA Data models to design, document, develop, test and implement BOBJ reports to meet the business requirements. Create technical documentation for new report objects. Ability to develop dashboard or reports using the most appropriate BOBJ 4.1 tools including Design Studio, WEBI, Crystal Enterprise, Analysis for Office and Lumira. Investigate and propose BOBJ technology solutions to meet business information reporting needs. Actively participate in support pack installations and upgrades of BOBJ tools. Partner with Reporting Power Users to understand their reporting requirements and provide assistance when necessary. *SKILLS:* • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem solving and analytical skills. • Good interpersonal skills. • Good knowledge of SQL. • Good planning and organization skills. • Ability to work and share knowledge in a team environment with remote team members. • Ability to work with minimal management input. • Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: business/systems analysis, requirements gathering, functional specification authoring, development, testing and implementation. • Expert ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues. • Expert level developer of SAP Business Objects 4.1 including: Design Studio, WebI and IDT, Crystal Enterprise, Crystal 2013, Analysis for Office and Lumira. • Ability to rapidly define requirements and build proof of concept dashboards and reports. ***Would like someone with the business intelligence experience in SAP and HANA also Translating Functional Specifications into Technical Specifications Translate Business KPIs into BOBJ dashboards and reports Designing, documenting, building, documenting test results and implementing dashboards/reports Providing assistance and guidance to reporting power users as needed*** *EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: * • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. • 3+ years of experience in above mentioned SAP skills is required. • At least 2 BOBJ 4.1 projects with preferred at least one project utilizing HANA data models as source.
