Need *H1B Copy *during the time of submission. *Job Responsibilities:* - *Solution Design* – You will be translating business and technical requirements into solution designs that satisfy the business needs and comply with approved standards - *Code Development* – You will be developing and enhancing code. This includes performing thorough unit testing to ensure all the functions are performing to specification - *Testing* – You will be performing and/or assisting others in validating the solution performs as expected. This includes and is not limited to system integration testing, performance testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing and defect remediation - *Production Support* – You will be assisting in a host of production support activities that include Break/Fix support, maintenance upgrades for hardware and software, supportability improvements, transition activities, audit and compliance support, small enhancements, etc. - Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Complete all required compliance training. Maintain knowledge of and adhere to Flagstar's internal compliance policies and procedures. Take responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies. *Job Requirements:* *Technical Requirements* - College Degree in Computer Science or other related discipline - 4-6 years of Programmer/Analyst experience (Finance/Lending industry experience a plus) - Experience with various Software Development Methodology such as Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc. - Designing and building technical solutions using JAVA - Proficient knowledge of Core J2EE Patterns, Springs, Hibernate, responsible for design and implementation of Java EE compliant apps/components/services - Building, writing and executing functional and regression testing (using technologies such as HP Quality Center, QTP and/or LoadRunner is a plus) - Strong understanding of relational databases and ability to write basic queries (SQL and PL/SQL) - Experience making web service calls and interpreting responses using tools such as SOAP or REST (preferred) *Professional Requirements* - Ability to communicate verbally and in technical writing to all levels of the organization.
