Prime responsibility is to implement architecture or design, implementing reuse / automation strategy and reviewing the design. Contributes on solution definition, guiding designers, tech leads in the team *Skillset :* · Leadership Qualities, and previous experience with Leading Enterprise Performance Testing teams · HP Performance tool set expert · HP Cloud based performance testing experience · Load Runner: Load Runner, Load Runner Controller (VuGen), Load Generators (Performance/Load test process, methodology and best practices) · Collecting NFR, Expertise in bottleneck identification, End-to-End Root cause Analysis on performance bottlenecks. · Expertise in various tools used in Performance Testing, hands on proficiency in different protocols · Ability to lead a complete project working with cross functional teams · API testing experience – especially with Cloud based implementations like force.com · Any healthcare experience a big plus · Lead team Onsite and Offshore · Excellent oral and written communication skills a must with good client interfacing skills.
