Role:- : Data Architect Duration : 6+ months Years of experience : 10+ years Location:- Columbus OH Job Description: Perform the role of program architect (data architect) on large scaled projects for various areas across all of Client IT. The resource will be part of a high-performing cross-functional team of architects within the Client Data Management & Analytics organization. The resource must have a passion for data and experience delivering projects, delivering through others, experience with formalized application development methodologies, the ability to lead multiple projects and experience in designing solutions. Proven experience understanding and translating business needs into a comprehensive, cohesive solution designs that meet all functional and non-functional requirements is helpful. Strong communication skills are also required with experience influencing others outside of the project reporting hierarchy. Must excel in at least 4 areas below with a desire to grow in other architecture planning or build efforts within the enterprise. • Enterprise class data and analytics • Data Integration Techniques • Master Data Management Concepts • Big Data • Advanced Analytics • Data Warehousing Concepts and Techniques • Enterprise Package Application Implementation • Java & Application integration techniques (SOA, EAI, Web Services, Messaging and REST) Work closely with the team on data modeling and data management, leveraging enterprise standard tools. Providing architecture oversight and governance through formal and informal interactions with the project technical teams. Complete work products for project architect. The Project Architect is responsible for the architecture, design and implementation of an end-to-end solution for a project or a program, supporting a line of business or infrastructure domain. Serves as expert in IT systems architecture. Undertakes complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge. Makes well thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous IT architecture issues. Coordinates with users to determine requirements. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. Establishes and communicates common goal and direction for team. Acts as a resource for direction, training, and guidance for less experienced staff. Monitors projects schedules and costs.
