*JD:*
The desktop solution engineer will create solutions for desktop support,
server support teams and supported business groups in the installation and
maintenance of the functional IT software. This includes creating tools and
solutions in commonly used industry applications such as SharePoint,
Onbase, and Citrix.  Related responsibilities typically include the
following:
Creating and updating tools with products mentioned above for use in
maintenance of IT environment.
Creating and updating tools with products mentioned above to assist
business groups in asset management (inventory).
Develop innovative solutions for complex problems
Assist, train, and coach less experienced on technical issues.
Serve as subject matter expert for desktop related projects
Perform related duties as assigned or requested. *Package is either a
vendor application or in house developed application which has been
“wrapped” in a software executable which provides a user-friendly automated
installation.

requirements from the business requirements. This position will collaborate
with GS Solution Architects, PC Middleware Architects, and operational
leads to evaluate, design, and approve all infrastructure changes.  In
addition, this role will collaborate with production support and GS in
capacity planning. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are a
must.

*JD:*
As a Enterprise Application Architect within the CTO team, your
responsibilities will be to create application and solution architecture
designs in support of AIG Travel Guard business objectives. The job
functions include but not limited to:
Participate in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Help articulate business requirements associated with projects and develop
and gain buy-in for high-level designs (Conceptual Architecture) that
support the business requirements.
Create detailed end-to-end architecture designs that address the business
requirements and that will be used by application, testing and other
downstream stakeholders as input for their activities. Specifically, create
architecture designs that entail the following elements:  System
Architecture, Application Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture,
Security Architecture, Enterprise Application Integration, Service Oriented
Architectures, and Business Process Management.
Provide architecture leadership and mentor projects consisting of employees
and outside contractors. Conduct design reviews, code reviews, progress
reviews and other project specific governance.
Participate in the development of Information Technology Strategies and
Roadmaps in support of the business strategies.
Help in establishing architecture and application development standards and
best practices and actively participate in the architecture teams
continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in the evaluation of emerging technology and tools.

*Position Requirements:*
•        This candidate should possess 10 + years of experience and
knowledge of technologies, tools, frameworks, patterns, vendor packages and
platforms.
•        Proven experience architecting complex web and service based
applications
•        Knowledge in web-based systems architecture, service-based
architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience
managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and
financial constraints.
•        Business Process Management & Work flow experience
•        Ability to translate business requirements into technical
requirements
•        Extensive .Net-based application development experience
•        Extensive experience using Unified Modeling Language
•        Object Oriented Design and Analysis expertise
•        Experienced in data modeling
•        Familiarity with fundamental networking/distributed computing
environment concepts; basic routing concepts
•        Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
(oral, written and presentation)
•        Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate strong
problem solving skills
•        Ability to lead and facilitate design sessions with application
architects, developers, business analysts, and users
•        Perform under minimal supervisory direction
