Looking forward for your response. *Role:* Siebel Analyst *Location: *Newark, NJ *Duration*: 12 Months *JOB DESCRIPTION:* Develop Siebel eim and ifb files to load service request and activities data into Siebel database Develop custom eim mappings using Siebel tools Develop SSIS packages to multiple custom reports from Siebel database and delivered to business partners Setup data validation rules in Siebel to control/restrict service request and activities Engage with the development team and discuss data mapping sessions to understand the legacy data for mapping into Siebel data model Extended Siebel Out-of-Box tables with Custom columns to accommodate business specific data elements. Follow Oracle suggested best practices to avoid issues for any future Siebel upgrade project Work with the IT Team to setup Secure FTP to deliver and receive files from outsourced vendors. Set up daily controls and balances reports of files received and files processed and sent out notifications for Level 1 Business support team. Will be involved in performance tuning the Data extraction queries. Also involved in tuning the slow performing queries in the Siebel application.
