Self- actualized Team player • Demonstrated ability to provide L2/L3 level of support on virtualized hosts and Microsoft Windows Environments. • Proficient in Windows Server OS’s, MSFT Exchange, MS SQL Server, OSX Server, Deploy studio, MS Office, HPSC tools and HP Data Protector / Storage Works, VMware ESX hosts and vCenter Products, Symantec / Adobe Products, Enterprise Virus Protection, • Understanding of OS Systems ESXi with versions 4.0, 4.1. 5.0, 5.1 • Windows OS versions- 2003-2008, 2010, 2013 • Experience of Software provisioning, Patching, Server provisioning and Cloning • Extensive knowledge of WAN, LAN environments, configuring DHCP, DNS, GPO’s, MSFT AD , TCP/IP, SAS, iSCSI protocols, DHCP, DNS, EMC VPLEX/VE platform and HP/ EMC SAN’s, shared folders, and IP Printing, CISCO/AVAYA router configuration and distributed domain security.
