Position : Business Analyst Location : MINNEAPOLIS Duration : 12+ MONTH *YEARS OF EXPERIENCE * • 8-10 years of IT experience *SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED * • 5-7 years of experience serving as functional SME within Demand and Supply planning as well as Logistics and Order Fulfillment with a full understanding of how IT applications support business processes and solve business issues • 2-3 years of experience serving as support team lead • Experience having completed 3 full lifecycle project implementations • Proven communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization. • Develop estimates for new requirements assigned to the group. • Ability to facilitate all facets of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
