Experience in Taleo or some other VMS required. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree with 3 -5 years’ business analysis experience, or equivalent. • Strong analytical and technical writing skills as well as a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into recruiting and onboarding requirements and Taleo system content. • Good business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. • Well-developed facilitation skills and communication skills (both oral and written). • Ability to facilitate working sessions and encourage participants to work collectively to build consensus • Strong team player and skilled collaborator capable of working effectively with and through others. • Excellent problem solving skills with attention to and precision with detail. • Ability to assess priorities and operate in a flexible manner in order to meet the dynamic needs of the team. • Active listener with the ability to influence others toward a common vision or goal. • Ability to work independently and process quickly, independently prioritizing work activities. • Demonstrated experience in using computer-based tools including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook applications. • Experience with Business Analysis in a systems design and development environment strongly preferred. • Experience using and/or training Oracle Taleo SAAS systems and ACE methodology with competency to demonstrate skills to new users preferred. • Human Resources Recruiting and Onboarding domain knowledge is preferred. • Extensive travel to different state agencies may be required. • Successful candidates will have energetic, can-do approach to work, who tracks and follows up on tasks independently, who seeks out additional work, who recommends ways to improve upon current activities.
