*2 years* Required Experience/Skills: 1. 7-10+ years JDA ESCP, OP, JDA Platform experience: Strong domain knowledge in multiple JDA Product solutions including JDA ESCP, JDA Order Promiser and JDA Platform to understand how the JDA solutions can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes. 2. Strong familiarity/experience with semiconductor industry preferably foundry. 3. BS/MS degree in Supply Chain planning, Industrial Engineering or related quantitative field. 4. Strong communication, analytical and delivery skills with the ability to guide an audience through clear, concise, engaging communication techniques. 5. Strong presentation, facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills. 6. Ability to create and deliver documents and presentations to customers. Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences. 7. Ability to provide advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology and Assists Project Manager(s) in planning efforts. Responsibilities: • Work with project team to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements. • Provide advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology • Provide level 3 non-technical support during the "go-live" period.
