Looking forward for your response. *Role:* Configuration Management *Location: *Detroit, MI *JOB DESCRIPTION:* Works to the overall objectives of the process of Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) · Implements the organization's service SACM policy and standards · Evaluates existing SACM systems and the design, implementation and management of new and improved systems for efficiency and effectiveness including estimating and planning the work and resources involved and monitoring and reporting on progress against the plan · Agrees scope of SACM processes, function, the items that are to be controlled, and the information that is to be recorded · Develops SACM standards, SACM plans and procedures · Mounts an awareness campaign to win support for new SACM procedures · Ensures that changes to SACM methods and processes are properly approved and communicated to staff before being implemented · Plans, publicizes and oversees implementation of new SACM systems · Arranges recruitment and training of staff · Manages the evaluation of proprietary SACM tools and recommends those that best meet the organization's budget, resources, timescale and technical requirements Please provide me the updated resume at your earliest.
