Looking forward for your response. *Role:* Data Network Admin *Location: *Minneapolis, MN *Duration: *Long Term *JOB DESCRIPTION:* Field Support Experience in Desktop troubleshoot - OS Windows 7/8 and iOS Experience with mobile telephony technologies (BES, Blackberry, iPad, Smart phone and iPhone) Knowledge on office products like word/excel/Email clients Hardware support - laptops, Printers, Desktop, Telephony equipments break fix Desktop OS Image Management which includes backup restore of OS and Data Procurement of Hardware, Maintaining the assets and Hardware spare stocks Hands on Audio/Video Conferencing experience Experience in performing asset refresh Experience in Manufacturing/Industrial Application Services, Workstation, RFID scanner, Bar code scanner, Controllers, Scale AS, PLC etc. Experience in network trouble shooting Basic Knowledge on windows Active directory and group policies VIP Support • Very good communication skills to deal with High profile users Director / CEO level • Experience in Desktop troubleshoot - OS Windows 7/8 and iOS • Experience with mobile telephony technologies (BES, Blackberry, iPad, Smart phone and iPhone) • Ability to build and maintain relationships at Senior Management level • Hands on Audio/Video Conferencing experience • Knowledge on office products like word/excel/Email clients • Hardware support - laptops, Printers, Desktop, Telephony / Voip equipments.
