*Duration : 6+ months.*
*Description*
*Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with at least 7
years’ experience providing HR systems application support, configuration,
and implementation services *
*Experience with software project lifecycle tools (Visual Studio, Team
Foundation Server) *
*Experience with iterative development methodologies (prototyping, Agile) *
*Experience with SQL Server *
*Excellent analytical and problem solving skills *
*Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business
requirements *
*Strong oral and written communication skills *
*Excellent project management and task prioritization and management
skills *
*Independent judgment and strong initiative combined with ability to
collaborate in a team environment *
*Commitment to the Foundation’s mission and core values of equity, fairness
and diversity *
*Personal qualities of humility, capacity for self-reflection, and a sense
of humor *
*Discretion and ability to handle confidential issues *
*Action-orientated and entrepreneurial self-starter who can work well

Management (HCM) solution, providing integration and/or reporting services,

*configuring solution to satisfy business requirements. *
