*InfoVision* is looking for a *Sr. SAP HR/HCM with SuccessFactors - Coppell TX *for a Long term contract position *Location: Coppell TX* *Duration: 12+ Months* *SAP HR FA * *Must have expertise: * · At least 3 Success Factors Implementation Experience with the following components: o Employee Central o Onboarding o Org Management o Talent Management o Payroll o Very good knowledge of Dell Boomi / other middleware platforms. · Deep knowledge and *9+ years expertise in SAP HR/HCM modules such as*: o Organizational Management (HR/HCM-OM) o Personnel Administration (HR/HCM-PA) o Personnel Time Management (HR/HCM-PT) o Payroll (HR/HCM-PY) o HCM reporting · At least 3 Full life cycle project experience – including conducting blue printing workshops, configuration, functional specification preparation and guide the technical team. At least one leveraging Solution Manager. · Experience in Test case preparation, Unit testing, UAT support. Experience in 3rd party tools preferred.
