Location: Indianapolis, Indiana. Start Date: ASAP Max bill rate: $55/hour *ONSITE INTERVIEWS REQUIRED* (add a bid comment if candidate doesn't appear to be local) *JOB Description:* Looking for a strong performer, must have experience with traditional business requirements and AGILE SCRUM user stories documentation, comfortable working independently and leading business area and technology brain storming sessions. Need excellent communication skills. To act as business analyst as needed, developing and documenting functional requirements by working with the business owners and subject matter experts. Work closely with key business stakeholders and project managers for project documentation. Analyze and define and document business requirements by participating in design, contributing insights and ideas. May perform ad-hoc business analysis. Create process flows and diagrams as needed. Work with development team to document and solidify schemas as relates to impacted systems and project. Support PMO Director as needed to assist with projects, develop project management governance and to build out supporting processes as needed.
