*Need .Net Developer in NE - 1 year contract!* Position : .Net Developer Location : Omaha,NE Duration : 1 year Client requires EAD,GC or USC! Rate : $40/hr on C2C! Requirements: -Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in Web development/Web design or Technical degree in Computer Science (or equivalent combination of education and minimum 5+ years web development experience). -Minimum 5 years web development experience. -Experience with graphic design. -Experience with Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET MVC. -Experience with HTML5, CSS, Javascript, front end development. -Familiarity with User Experience Design (UX). -Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator and graphic design software. -Familiarity with Responsive Design Patterns. -Experience using Microsoft SQL Server required. -Extremely detail oriented and able to follow NDOR Project Management standards. -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Candidate must work onsite. Responsibilities/Duties: -Maintain existing websites (troubleshooting and performance optimization). -Responsible for the layout, look and feel of websites for internet and intranet. -Perform design and analysis for new website development. -Gather requirements from business leaders and subject matter experts. -Web site design plans must consider technical and non-technical related items such as: storefront, hardware, performance, and legal issues (includes special needs accessibility, privacy and security). -Maintain, develop, support, test and implement websites for internet and intranet. -Perform front-end, middle-tier and back-end development (SQL Server). -Assist in managing websites after implementation. -Work in coordination with Project Manager, team members, stakeholders, client partners (Data Warehouse/Network) and division staff. -Ensure up to date standards for application development and frameworks. -Research possible website enhancements. -Communicate status of projects and progress of work activities. -Provide appropriate documentation and knowledge transfer of products developed.
