*Job Details:* **Looking for a Salesforce Admin/Analyst with exposure to
financial services / asset management**

*Contract to HIRE position – EAD/Green Card/US Citizen needed*

*Required skills:*

   - Salesforce Administrator experience (5+ years) managing an instance
   with 150+ users and over 100000 contact records.
   - As a key member of Columbia Management's Business Intelligence team,
   the incumbent is responsible for leading the business-side development and
   strategy of the firm's Intermediary Salesforce instance.
   - Individual facilitates requirements gathering and alignment with
   business and technology partners, translating business needs and educating
   users on features that can drive efficiency and sales effectiveness.
   - Role includes leading initiatives from initial concept to end user
   technical training to championing usage of system in driving gross sales.
   - Champion of Intermediary Salesforce instance on behalf of the business.
   - Incumbent will translate business requirements between the business
   and Information
   - Technology, leveraging his or her knowledge in financial services CRM
   best practices.
   - This includes recommending and leading enhanced design, tools and
   training. Individual will recommend CRM tools (development/App Exchange,
   etc.) that align with firm strategy.
   - College or equivalent. Relevant Experience Required 5+ years.
   - Solid analytical problem solver with the ability to drive tech
   adoption and results, includes strong presentation skills (may present to
   groups of 50+).
   - Ability to understand and communicate technology as it relates to the
   business; may require ongoing product or system certifications.
   - Experience in providing accurate, timely & responsive services on
   complex problems. Seen as trusted, go-to resource.
   - Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the
   department and across business functions.
   - Ability to communicate technology related information, enhancement
   options and clearly detail implementation processes to varying audiences.


*The ideal candidate for this position must possess:*- Solid understanding
of the processes and systems in use (or the ability to quickly acquire the
knowledge)
- The ability to lead, influence, communicate and interact with people of
all levels across the organization and external partners as required
- Demonstrated proficiency in effectively influencing decision making at
various levels of the organizations.
- An attention for detail with the ability to translate for the business or
technology in order to facilitate effective collaboration
- Demonstrated proficiency with requirement and process tools (e.g. Visio,
Provision, DOORS, HP Quality Center, etc.)
- Ability to handle changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and work
within tight timeframes and deadlines.
- Solid analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills, with the
ability to use statistical analysis and modeling.
- BA and/or BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work
experience.
