*30700 Russell Ranch Rd, Westlake Village, CA * *Rate: OPEN* *SFDC Certifications:* *201 – Required* *401 – Preferred* *Sales Cloud Consultant - Preferred* Job Duties: • Lead the collection, analysis, documentation and coordination of a client's business requirements • Document business requirements, define business rules, develop test cases, support testing, work on project teams, and support a business function or group • Lead short and Long-term planning sessions with clients to improve business processes • Document discussion and agreements, analyze business work-flows to address business needs • Establish and manage liaison relationship with business partners in order to provide technical solutions • Assess client needs utilizing a structured requirement process to prioritize immediate business needs and recommend options, risks, and costs versus benefits • Conduct feasibility studies and draft proposals for evaluation by appropriate users and managers • Develop and assist in the presentation of business cases • Develop, write, and communicate business requirements for the design and implementation of business solutions • Review test plans and monitor the testing process to ensure that business results are adequately tested with minimal risk • Provide timely and complete project status reports to supervisor as requested, coordinate operations support for CRM and associated systems • Assist with developing and conducting user training & act as a liaison between CRM team and implementation partners • Serve on various committees, internal and external to the information technology division • Experience working on Quoting and Billing Systems (Big Machines & Zuora preferred) • Experience with Eloqua & Salesforce.com Integrations for Marketing Management SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in related field required • Four to Five years of relevant technical or business work experience required • Basic knowledge of business operations and system requirements processes required. *Best Regards,* *Sarath Chandra.* *Sr. IT Recruiter * *Phone: 443.539.2341* *Email: **[email protected]* <[email protected]> *Pace Computer Solutions Inc.
