We are looking to fill one our client position of “VB.NET Client/Server Application Developer (12+ months contract)” role which is based out of Atlanta, GA(Need only Locals) Minimum Requirements: • 5+ years of experience developing enterprise-sized client/server applications. • Extensive experience coding VB.NET for desktop applications. • Extensive experience coding complex SQL statements and stored procedures in an OLTP environment. Must be able to write native SQL without the use of a development tool. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Strong debugging, coding, and analysis/design skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability for coming up to speed on unfamiliar technologies. Experience with Any of the Following a Plus, but Not Required: • .NET (ASP, C#) • Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) • UNIX • Scripting (Perl, Kornshell) • Tuxedo • C • Microfocus COBOL in a UNIX environment Do please suggest if you are looking for a new job this point of time and we can connect further via phone.
