• Experience supporting, deploying, and managing Microsoft desktop
environments (Windows XP and Windows 7)
• Proven understanding of Windows operating systems, active directory, and
group policies related to a desktop environment
• Proficient in understand and maintaining Group Polices
• Proficient using System Center Configuration Manager, WSUS and deployment
of Microsoft patches.
• Expertise in PC hardware, related peripherals, and unique configurations
• Experience with mission-critical services and applications in a large
enterprise environment
• Experience in working projects supporting IT Risk/Security
• Self-motivator & attention to detail
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and balance
conflicting demands
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
