The Business Analyst will support project managers in managing, planning,
and monitoring key projects ( including a patient portal) from conception
through implementation. Key duties will be to gather, analyze, verify,
define and document actionable Business Requirements. Will work very
closely with Business Clients, Technical Members, and Project Sponsors to
ensure the project objective and scope is clearly documented. This team
member must have the knowledge of Project Management Fundamentals and
Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).This member must also have the
interviewing, facilitation, organizational and analytical skills necessary
to deliver comprehensive, clear and actionable requirements to the
technical teams. The Project Analyst will also be responsible for
conducting process analysis, process evaluation and assist in implementing
process improvements. Responsible for analysis and documentation of
relevant business processes, inclusive of facilitating user
interview/meetings and documenting the current and future state of business
process via Visio flowcharts, Microsoft Word documents, and PowerPoint
presentations.

SKILLS:

* Bachelors Degree - highly Preferred

* Knowledge of Project Management Fundamentals and Systems Development Life
Cycle (SDLC)

* Interviewing, facilitation, organizational and analytical skills

*Requires strong skills working with computerized management systems
including Visio, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

*Requires thorough knowledge of Healthcare data elements
