Can't think of a good solution for this other than hacking some javascript
in NewSavedTiddler. Could you instead just enter these in the body of the
tiddler? In that case there would be a reasonably easy way to pre-populate
the tiddler body with those headings.

Nice idea but possibly beyond the capabilities of MonkeyGTD in its current
form.
