In NewButtons or ProcessInboxMenu do something like this:
...
<<newSavedTiddler text:{{store.getTiddlerText("New Project
Template")}} title:'new
Project'....
...
Then make a tiddler called "New Project Template" and put the text you want
in the body of that. Eg:
!Vision
tba
!Outcomes
tba
!Brainstoring
