Not 100% sure but I think works already if you give your contexts a realm. There's no obvious way to give contexts a realm. You can do it by clicking 'edit' on the context tiddler and adding a tag that is the name of the realm. Eg, click 'call' to open the call context. Click 'edit'. Add 'Work' the the tags box (leave the Context tag as is, so the tags box will contain 'Context Work'. Click 'done'. Then it will only appear in the drop down for actions in the Work realm. This is untested so I might be wrong.
