Actually, another thought occurred to me -- I'd really like to see the
"quick add" capability built into the project tiddler as well.

This would be useful for expanding already existing projects.
Otherwise, one has to copy the project title to the "quick add" box
for every project he or she wishes to plan.

Once the "quick add" capability is pulled into its own routine, it
should be too much effort to implement it in a few different places,
right ?
