Ok.  That seems to have been it.  I'm using both MGTD and Monkey
Tiddlywiki on the same host.  It would appear that the text theme
cookie is used by both tiddlywikis.  If you set it for one the other
one reads it.  I deleted that one cookie and the tiddlytagging
returned.
