Ah, I must now add that what I thought was a workaround only works
until you refresh. I had all the 'set dates' at the bottom and the
rest sorting correctly and then uploaded, but now I see that if I
refresh the 'set dates' are all back in weird positions (as you can
see) and the ticklers in between sort correctly, but are separated
from the overall sort.

Very strange! Nothing I can do seems to move the 'set date' ticklers
from those positions after refresh...
